Adobe FTP upload not working for Adobe stock

Hi,

im trying to access ftp to upload video onto the contributer portal using a variety of ftp programs. None of them can connect to the server.

I wrote to support and they said they stopped supporting ftp. I don't think they read my message properly

Can someone confirm that Adobe does not accept videos anymore? Or have shut off for access?

To upload videos, use FileZilla SFTP client, not FTP.   See link below for details.

I noticed that the "Learn More" hyperlink is missing in the upload page/upload dialog box for FTP details. This feature was present in the previous version, but currently, there are no FTP details available. Could you please check this again?
