as you look through the Forum you will see that this is as of now relatively normal to wait around 2-3 month. It is getting better, but the best way is to be patience. Hope that helps a bit.
4 weeks is probably an average for all file types. Generative AI is running 2+ months due to the huge influx of such assets..
Review times vary depending on how many other assets were ahead of yours in the wait queue. On any given week, Stock receives hundreds to thousands of submissions. Some seasons are busier than others. You'll just have to wait your turn the same as everyone else.
In the meantime, work on other projects. Re-read your Stock Contributor User Guide. Take some courses to improve your editing skills. Work on social media marketing and add content to your Adobe Portfolio site. There are various

As clearly stated in the stock submission page, reviews can take up to 8 weeks. 21 days is only 3 weeks. Be patient.

I uploaded images to Adobe Stock more than 2 months ago, but my images are still in review. Adobe Stock said that the maximum review time is 4 weeks, but it has been 10 weeks for me. I don't know what to do now. If there are any experts, please help me.

Just wait for your time to come. Do not submit hundreds of assets at the same time, but submit regularly small chunks. That will be more rewarding for your impatient soul, as moderation will also be done at the same pace after an initial waiting time.
