hello, I would like to ask what experience you have in terms of sales after unblocking the account. I have had the account unblocked for more than 3 months, but I hardly have any sales at all, of course the portfolio is 3 larger than before it was blocked. What experience do you have?

After a Contributor Account has been inactive for a while, it slips in the search ranking. But sales depend on many factors, not least of which is customer demand for what you have to offer. See this related topic.

I wish everyone a nice day. I am contacting you again after several months regarding poor sales after unblocking my account. My account has been unblocked for 7 months and my portfolio is 7 times larger than before it was blocked and my sales are still small, I have photographed various subjects and not only in season, I also take AI photos , vectors and normal photos. You don't know what it could be? is it possible that they lowered my rating? Does anyone have any experience with poor sales after unlocking? I will be grateful for any advice.

We have heard this a couple of times in this forum. As @Nancy OShea said, it appears that you drop in the search ranking.

if I'm still falling in the ladder even though my portfolio is growing, what does it mean to unblock my account? why is that? Or my account can no longer reach the same rating as it was before it was blocked?

It is assumed that individual assets rise in the search results depending on how many times they've been sold. Conversely, they sink in the search results when they're no longer being sold. Since your assets were offline during the time your account blocked, it will require more sales activity for them to start to rise in the search results. This is a gradual process. There's nothing you can do to influence the process.

so my opinion is that if someone's account is blocked, it's probably better to create a new account and just leave the blocked one, because with the old account you will never get the same rating as before it was blocked, right?

No, that's not a good idea as you run the risk of your assets being rejected when you resubmit them. Additionally, reviews are taking a very long time right now, with many contributors reporting delays of 2-3 months.

I didn't say that I created a new account, but that it's probably better to create a new one, because with the old account you lose your rating and thus your earnings drop. I still have my old account unblocked, but as I wrote, my portfolio has increased 7 times and the earnings are miserable, I try as much as possible to make the earnings go up, but it's probably useless, because my rating keeps falling due to the blocking of honor.

If I'm understanding this thread correctly:
1. You would have to have Adobe delete your old account before you created a new one
2. How is creating a new account going to increase your rating, since it will start from scratch
3. If you don't have your old account deleted, your new account will likely be activated and you may even risk being banned forever
If I'm misunderstanding something, let us know.

no no, I'm just writing and indicating that people like me who had their account blocked and have it activated again and try to contribute according to the rules and the portfolio increases and the earnings are miserable and the rating drops, so it's probably unfair. And that it's probably so it is better to create a new account and delete the old one if there is one
that's fine. I'm using google translator, so I apologize if there is any misunderstanding

I don't know what caused your account block but it's fair to say that blocked accounts do incur a temporary penalty in sales & ranking while their account is being audited. Deal with it the best you can.
If you're creating content that customers want, you'll soon rise back up in rankings. Until then, you can submit assets to other services.
Starting over with a new account is not your best option as any Contributor gains you've made -- Bonus quotas, etc... will be erased. Also, new accounts have submission limits.
