Hello,
Months ago, I successfully uploaded AI generated photos.
Last days I generated new AI photos, and did this the same way as when they were approved.
Last night I uploaded 15 images, and now I see only 2 are in the assessment phase, 8 are declined, and the other 5 are... missing?
I don't understand why the pictures are getting rejected so quickly.
Apparently, something is wrong with the image but I don't know what.
I make the image 4 times larger without noise reduction before I upload them.
This are all JPEG-files.
I add one of the images as example as attachment. Looking forward to hear help/advice.
Thanks!
Thomas

I noticed that I made a fatal error. So, I look at the images and they all looked fine to me, also with zooming in. Then I enlarge them using Bigjpg. The images look fine at first so then upload, but got rejected. I just noticed I chose "Artwork" instead of "Photo"... When I zoom in the enlarged version, its clear what caused the quality issues. With selecting "Photo" this is now gone and some of the images are already accepted within few hours 🙂
The problem must be solved and I also learned new things with everyone's comments here. Thank you!
Thomas

If you're referring to the above 2 images that you've shared with us, neither of those should have been accepted as "photos". There are clearly AI illustrations.

I suppose OP means setting a parameter for the upscale.
But for stock, one could argue, if they are photos or illustrations.

Yep, this is what I meant.
Right now, I generally see most images getting approved (also within 24 hours already!).
I only haven't seen a sale on my recent images yet - only on images which are uploaded about a year ago.
Does having a larger portfolio, give the images a better position?
For example -> now one of my images might be found on page 2. If I have like 500 images, does it 'boost' my images and might they be found on page 1?

Having a large portfolio does not boost any individual images in your portfolio; however Adobe has always recommended a "slow but steady" approach to submissions to maintain fresh material in your account. This means that submitting a handful of images regularly rather than huge batches sporadically is preferable. Concentrating your energies on small submissions also ensures that you are investing the time in checking quality and providing thorough and useful titles and keywords.

"Does having a larger portfolio, give the images a better position?" - I would say certainly yes. But it of course also depends on the 'saleability' of the images.

All clear!
I will continue the way I do it now and hopefully see the downloads grow significantly in the future
I have a lot of motivation so that shouldn't be the issue 🙂
I think this discussion can be closed now. Appreciate all replies
Happy Easter
