AI Images Rejection

Hi,

Could someone give me anu tips why attached images were rejected for "quality issues"?

The Canadian flag has at least two issues:

1) out of focus, but the rest is focussed

2) outline around the leaf. That's a sharpening/upscaling issue.

At 100%, there are rendering issues with the hair and ear.
