The submission date is in reality the upload date, which may be different from the submission date.
As for the rest, you need to wait, as 2 months is currently the standard waiting time for illustrations, as @daniellei4510 correctly pointed out.
If the original image is Generative AI, then any elements you extract from it are also AI, so yes, you must label it as such.

one more thing, can i extract some elements from my picture (e.g a microphone transparent image from a podcast banner) to submit them as transparent PNG image as i own all copyrights of main image.

If it is your picture, you can extract what you want. No problem. You just can't extract something from the third party picture and submit that extract as yours.
