Ayuda con el contrato de tasa de retencion de Adobe stock

Hola buenas tengo una duda, porque a la hora de rellenar los datos del contrato w-8ben para Adobe stock en la parte II en el apartado 10 no me deja añadir los datos de porcentaje y queria saber si es un error o como colocarlos soy de españa, estube buscando videostutoriales pero ninguno reciente solo me salen de hace 5 años y hay los podias poner sin problemas, gracias.

I don't think its an error. You need to fill in the country which will determine if there's a special treaty arrangement that determine what percentage you pay. An instruction about how to fill in the form comes with it. Click it out and read it carefully and also read carefully the tabulated questions of the form and answer in the order they come.

Gracias por la ayuda, ya encontre que era lo que pasaba y era que depende del pais ya lo hace de forma automatica y no hace falta que yo ponga esos datos, en preguntas frecuentes me salio lo mismo que yo buscaba.

That form is indeed less complex than it initially looks. The form from the American tax administration is a general form for any kind of specific revenue. Still and motion picture revenue is only a small part of this. I suppose, that Adobe automated the form as extensive as it can. That's why you can't enter percentages. Your country determines those automatically and it is only for special situations, that do not concern stock revenue, where you need to add more information.
