hi, my account has been banned for almost 3 weeks now for using words like (minecraft-hummer) in generated photos. They wrote to me from support that after the account is unblocked I need to remove it from the account or fix it, but I did this fix before they blocked my account, so I don't understand why they blocked my account so late and of course I have to wait until the appeal. This week (Monday) they wrote to me about adobecontributor
(Dear Contributor, Your Adobe Stock Contributor account has been de-activated. More information can be found in your e-mail or contact us.) ------what does it means?-----
Of course, I didn't receive any message from Adobe on my email, I also checked my spam. Of course I contacted them, but no one answered me at all. I want to ask you if they blocked my account completely or will they unblock it for me?
I would like to make one more note... I have never encountered such bad communication in my life as here with Adobe
thanks and have a nice day
You must use the Contact Us link on your account page and wait for Adobe to reply. Yes, it is frustrating to have to wait, and it might take some time to get a reply. They are working on many account suspensions right now.
If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.
hello. My account is active again, they unblocked it on Thursday evening 21/02/2024 (eu time) No one answered my email, I solved everything through the virtual assistant and after 24 hours they activated my account again, of course I have to delete all the problematic photos within a week that contained the words Minecraft and Hummer.

You should have read all of the Adobe Stock Learn & Support pages before starting to upload images. Here are the pages on Intellectual Property:

It's possible for an IP issue to escape the notice of the Moderator, but to later be reported by a potential Buyer or the owner of the IP, or to be noticed during account review, such as what is happening in your account now. If you used any trademarked or copyrighted names in your titles and keywords or uploaded an image depicting a protected asset, you'll have to delete the asset.

Then it's about suspicious sales. Many try to defraud Adobe by creating free accounts and buying their own assets.

You can also be in violation of IP by uploading generative AI. It really happened to others.

This doesn't say anything at all about a suspended account. If your account was suspended, there would be an announcement of that on your stock account page. This is a standard response to a request that you sent to contributor support.

hello, jil. I was a little scared that my account would be blocked again. I just wrote that I checked my portfolio and that it was OK, that I could have a look at it. Do you think that this is just a reaction to my email ? Thanks

Not necessarily, but it's really up to you to survey your own account and remove the "bad" images, they told you what was wrong, so you need to comply with their instructions fully.

They will block you again, if you leave out bad pictures. It is your task to make sure your assets are conforming with the requirements.

I deleted all the photos that contained the name or the keyword minecraft or hummer. If they block me, then I won't do anything and I will be blocked, of course it will bother me, but life will go on.

Yes, life will go on. Good luck.

Does anybody know if the keyword "Wall Street" can be used in the title and keywords or is under copyright?
Thank you.

I don't think "Wall Street" is trademarked, because it's the name of an actual street in NYC. However, if in doubt just google it.

Check the US trademark register. I found by looking at a expired/refused trademark by the USPTO. https://madrid.wipo.int/documentaccess/documentAccess?docid=739561401
There is some evidence that Wall Street is indeed a trademark.
