Can I upload these things to Adobe Stock as a contributor or will my account get terminated?

Hello all, I am brand new to Adobe Stock and have been working on some photos to upload. I am hoping someone can give me some clarity on what I can and can't upload. I will list the photos I have below so you guys can clarify for me. Before you read, please note I have read through the guidelines but I just want some clarifaction from some humans before I go and upload what I want to upload. Also, I will upload an example of each type of picture below.

- Photos of cars in public (All license plates and people blurred)

- Photos of cars in dealerships

- Photos from Walt Disney World (For ex the storm troopers in the bay on the star wars ride)

- Flags with Car Make Logos

That's about it. Thanks in advance for your help!

I suspect these would be rejected for various reasons, including poor quality in general, IP issues, and the possible need for property releases. If your first image, for example, blocking out the license plate number by merely painting over it would be a quality issue.

2016 Ford Shelby GT350 (Blur Added) (1).jpg - the clumsy blurring of the license plate will surely earn a refusal. The car has a distinctive shape and design which is probably protected by IP. And this snapshot isn't of the quality demanded by Adobe.

2019 Kia Stinger (Matte Black) (Blur Added).jpg - again the blurring is clumsy, and the composition is inadequate

BMW Dealership Showroom in Phoenix, AZ.jpg - there are logos everywhere, and you'd probably need permission from the property owner to make commercial use of any images acquired there.

Porsche Poster from Penske Museum in Phoenix, AZ.jpg - the entire object is protected by IP, and the photo is also poorly composed.

McLaren Flag.jpg - logo protected by the owner; poor composition

Storm Trooper lineup in Walt Disney World.jpg - I'm sure that character has IP protection.

Peter Pan and Captain Hook in Walt Disney World.jpg - I assume virtually everything you'd find at a Disney Park is protected by IP.

It's clear that you haven't read any of the Adobe Stock Learn & Support pages relating to Intellectual Property. Start there, but do read ALL of the help pages which will improve your chances of being successful at selling stock photos.

Disney is very protective of their intellectual property. They are doing everything possible to protect their cashcows. The initial design of the Stormtroopers will stay protected for up to 20 more years. And they will, for sure, keep making millions of dollars with that franchise. Sorry for the OP, except if they have very deep pockets, they won't be allowed to do more than fan postings on social media.

Without looking into the images, just reading the filenames: you can't submit those assets and flooding the moderation queue with IP related theames would indeed get you banned. Some assets could pass as illustrative editorial, however, you need to check the rules for those and you need to qualify to submit.
