Color Shift

I am experiencing a difficult issue where the thumbnail images generated by Adobe Stock for recently accepted videos have color differences compared to the colors during playback. When the thumbnail is clicked to play, the colors are noticeably shifted towards yellow, and the color shift is very obvious. This has never happened before, and I checked previously uploaded videos and they do not have this color shift issue.I hope the administrator sees this message and responds.
Thank you!

That would be very rare to have Adobe people following this community forum. If you want to contact Contributor Support, you will need to do that the official way: Need help? (Stock Contributor Support)

There may be multiple causes for this. The most common cause would be a wrong colour profile. I would appreciate it if you could point out some examples. That will help us to understand the issue better and eventually to find a solution.

I can confirm your yellow shift on the preview. I haven't had the time to check that with the comp video until now.

Hi all,

In my previous post, I mentioned the issue of colors after the video was submitted to the stock library, but there were no specific picture examples at that time. Now I use pictures to express the problem. I hope to get your help and guidance.
