I want to create consistent image character with different clothing style and sell it as a bundle.How do i do that?

By combining them into one file using Photoshop or any graphics program. Just keep the size under 45MB.

No, as a single jpg (or a png, if transparency is involved), if I'm understanding what you mean by submitting the same character with three different clothing styles.

Yes, the same character with diffrent clothing style and different positions(Sitting, standing, ect..)

Then I would suggest combining them into one Photoshop file and submitting it as a jpg (or png with transparency). Or submit them separately and let the buyer choose which one they want. Though of course the buyer would be getting a better deal if they could purchase all three in a single file, and there is no guarantee that all three individual assets would be accepted. In any event, you can't submit bundled assets without an invitation to do so.
