Hi, I have a question: When uploading an image generated using AI tools to Adobe after tracing it, is it necessary to add the 'Created using Generative AI tools' label? If it is not added, is there a risk of the account being banned?

Yes, of course. If the image started out as an AI image, it's still an AI image no matter what else you do to it. As @daniellei4510 said, if you submit assets without properly declaring that they are AI generated, you risk account suspension.
I'm not a brother. I don't know how to state it more clearly: You MUST tick the Gen AI check box because it IS a Gen AI image.

No. You just need to click the box indicating that the asset was AI generated. If you submitted the asset and did not click that box, then yes, you would need to delete it and resubmit it.

You need to check the flag, if your asset is based on generative AI.
It does not make a difference if you generate the asset as a vector or use a generated asset and vectorize that.
