Hello, My adobe stock contributor account is deactivated for high/ irregular sales. But i already inform for higher sale on 17 December, 4.50 PM. This is not my fault. I got about 30 subscription sales on 17 December. A subscriber buy my content. And the subscriber is fully responsible for this higher irregular sale. Please check properly my account and return back my account.

I sent lot of mail about this case but i can't get any response from them.

I am sorry to hear about your closed account. However, as we have stated time after time, we are not Adobe employees and cannot help you. Also, we advise not to continuously send emails to Adobe. Adobe will review your case and if then take appropriate action.  According to the termas you agreed with, Adobe can suspend and close accounts as they deem appropriate. There is no appeal action for their decission.

Do not send repeated emails since those do not create a Support Ticket in Adobe's Contributor Support system. Use the Contact Us link on your account page, and explain your situation; then wait for a reply.

Hello,

I have encountered the same problem regarding account deactivation.

When I navigate to the category, I see the following options: Account, Content, Taxes, Releases, and Validation. I selected "Account," but the subcategories are limited to profile changes, deleting the account, and synchronizing the Fotolia account, among others.

How have you been able to contact them regarding this issue?
