I do not know about AI sound effects, but non-AI sound effects are contributed in stock. They are, however, sourced from very specific contributors and cannot be contributed like you contribute images.

Anyone can contribute images. For sound, the sourcing is different, and it is not open. I can't provide sound, Ralph can't and you can't neither.

On a synthesizer. It was probably sourced from a reputable royalty-free music service like Artlist.io, Bensound or others...
