I know Adobe has revised their policy with regard to nudity, but I'm not sure where they draw the line, and there are still nudes available on Adobe Stock.

Your assets need to be "child safe". If underwear means e(r)otic* posing in revealing underwear, you should not submit. If underwear means bikini-like clothing in non suggestive posing, it may pass. You need to check that out. If you want to be on the safe side, stay conservative.

*Just to work around the "bad words dictionary".

As a side note: the pictures also have quality issues, like noise or white balance, may be also exposure.
