Exposure Problem

Dear All,

My following image rejected due to exposure issue, this is a sunset image what exposure expected in this picture unable to figure out your suggestions please and off course posted without watermark thanks.

As far as exposure is concerned, I see only problems in the dark areas of the image. There are large areas in the landscape and many smaller areas in the waves that don't have any drawing.
