Hello there,

I am new to photography and would love some feedback on some photos that were not accepted. If you could tell me why and how to resolve the issues that would go a long way for me. Thank you and I appreciate your help.

Give us the header of the refusal reason. The text is always the same and generic. The pictures you posted the second time are still too small to see all the problems. You should always post here as submitted.

With your last, you see the artefacts, even at the medium size. Exposure is not good (the duck should be correctly exposed) and the duck is probably out of focus.

Your third: besides exposure problems, as shown with the histogram, you also have IP problems, except if you have a propert

These are all much too small to be properly evaluated here. You'll need to upload full size images, the exact ones that you submitted to Adobe Stock, in order to receive useful feedback. Two or three will be enough.

Also post the rejection reason(s).   Statues, artwork, murals, etc.. may need a signed property release by the artist/owner. You can't sell images of another artist's work without their permission.

And the rejection reasons were...?

  • Non-compliant file
  • Technical/quality problems
  • Property release
  • Lacks aesthetic/commercial appeal

your second:

Blacks and whites are missing.

Your first: blacks and whites are missing. You would need to correct the exposure of this picture, by exposing for the foreground and exposing for the balcony and combining both pictures. Or you will edit with masks and get something like this:

I did mask the light part to be able to edit the foreground separately.
