Files have upload error Vector EPS

i am getting error While uploading EPS files "files have uploading error".

The size of files are above 5000PX and above 4000PX on wide side i.e above 15MP on long side and size above 2MB. (As far as I understand MB does not matter. It should )

Rather if you check my file number File # 181372007 It is a EPS file dimensions 3898 x 3899 PX and 9.8Kb but still uploaded and approved.

My another file File # 181248544   It is a EPS file dimensions 3900 x 3900 PX. Uploaded and approved.

Kindly advice what is wrong I may be doing.

Adobe states the minimum and maximum size and type of files. Check them again just to be certain. JH
