IMG_0445.jpg - very underexposed, possibly blurry too,  it too dark to know for sure

nature-170.jpg - digital noise and DOF is too shallow

Stock photography isn't a place to learn the craft. It is expected that you already have the skills to capture and edit compelling, high-quality imagery.  Your images display a knack for composition, but you need to invest some time in learning the exposure triangle in order to capture images that will be acceptable to Adobe,

Hello,

Looking through your pictures, one thing that stands out to me is your composition and exposure.

Your photos have to be compelling - and at the moment, they are not.

Another thing that is important regarding stock photography, is its commercial value. Yours again don't have any.

What do you want to show.? What concept are you trying to convey?

To start with read these guidelines from Adobe.
