If PayPal received the transfer from Adobe, your issue is with PayPal, so you should contact them. If PayPal refused the transfer it will go back to Adobe, and they'll re-apply it to your account.

hi, i think you should reach out to paypal, but i'd give you a heads up- there support sucks. that's why my friend switched from using paypal to skydo.com they give you virtual bank accounts across the globe, also one of the cheapest solution to receive international payments, you should check that out

I don't think Adobe Stock offers that as a payment option.

Adobe uses PayPal, Payoneer or Skrill. No Skydo, which seems to me more like an Indian only money broker.

Customer support is not contributor support. As a contributor, you need to contact contributor support. But in this case, there is nothing that contributor support can do for you, as the money has been released. Either PayPal transfers the funds to your account, or they refuse and refund Adobe, who will credit your account again. That process may take up to a month. To get any insight into the transfer status, you will need to contact PayPal support.

Use the Contact Us link at the bottom of your Dashboard page. There is a choice in the drop-down menu for payment issues. This will create a support ticket in the Adobe Support system. Sending an email does not create a support ticket and may take longer to get a response.

thanks Jill I just replied to the correct option but they send me this automated reply stating that you can expect your payment within 5 to 7 working days without even reading my issue.

Well, it seems to me that PayPal needs to cancel, as they don't accept the payment, if they don't accept it.
