Buenos días, me preguntaba por el motivo de rechazo de la fotografía, ya que la han aceptado en otras plataformas. Gracias

It is quite underexposed in the shadows. Acceptance by other stock sites is no indication that Adobe will find the quality acceptable.

You got from Adobe a rejection reason. Please repeat that here. We are only interested in the title, not the text.

Other platforms have there own rules and moderation. It's not an argument.

For your picture: You will need to equilibrate your histogram, by lifting up the shadows. And you will need to address the colour noise problem. May be, it passes then.

As was said, the photo is underexposed. It is not in sharp focus and has chromatic noise.
