Hi @maria elisa23947515bib4 , I take from your comments that these were rejected for IP (Intellectual Property) violations or missing model releases. Anytime people are recognisable in a photo a model release is required for each person in the photo. A property release is required for any logo, business name (e.g. Chevrolet - for which you will never get a release), copyrighted design (such as a cruise ship that the owners would recognise their floral design on the side of the ship even if it
...Hola,
Estas fotos es muy bien. Me gusta.
The motion blur is a very good idea, but the subject is also blurred. The subject ideally should be sharp. It is likely that they will be rejected due to a lack of sharpess. Also, IP problems may occur. The cars in Cuba are iconic.
What was the rejection reason given?
In just one photo
This driver will know HIMSELF in the picture. He will know his route, his cart, his horse, his shirt.
The woman with the unbrella will know HERSELF from her face, glasses, clothes and umbrellas.
There are more people in the picture too who might know themselves.
All these people could sue Adobe and Adobe could sue you. But they have protected you, which is good.
In general, it is very difficult to take stock pictures in the street. Too many people, too many products, too many sign

A property release is required for any logo, business name (e.g. Chevrolet - for which you will never get a release), copyrighted design (such as a cruise ship that the owners would recognise their floral design on the side of the ship even if it is blurred) etc. Also information such as license plates would have to be scrubbed out.
It looks like you also have some technical issues in many of the photographs too. The motion photos look cool, but unfortunately the key subject in most (if not all) of them are out of focus. The last image with the trolley also needs to be levelled out and the people on the trolley are out of focus due to motion blur and a slower shutter speed.
You may find some of these resources worthwhile:
Best of luck with your future submissions. I hope this helped you.

Hola, Elisa:
