Thanks for the info - as we are no longer required to include 'Gerative Ai' in titles and keywords as the one button does it all, should we take the time to go back and edit that from our formerly submitted AI images metadata?
And with the new - 'All people are fictional' check box I assume that we no longer need the releases added to each AI image that we formerly needed? TIA
No, do not go back and revise previous submissions. Property release are no longer require for AI.
No, there is no negative impact that I am aware of. What is of greater importance is that you label AI images as photographs only f they actually LOOK like photographs, and as illustrations if it's unlikely they could have been produced in-camera.

Thank you for the reply - do you have any reasoning as to why not to remove the phrasing 'generative ai' is there some negative effect to this?

You do as you think good, but there is no need to do so. But it is a one asset by asset work. There is no option for bulk changes. A property release or model release is still needed, if you modelled your AI after an existing property or an existing person. For all other cases, you set the flag:

"Ethically" is the right word. I seem encounter on a daily basis people who are trying to pass off their "AI creations" as real photographs of real situations or people.

Property releases on your old assets are still needed, as Adobe won't set the flags for you. They will only label the asset as generative AI, with that nice icon, when a buyer hovers the asset. And yes, both, the flag and the releases are to cover Adobe and the buyer i the case of a litigation.
