Hello. Are there any technical issues with my drawing?

I uploaded about 1200 illustrations, but in the meantime, 
I have received 20 rejection messages. 
Those 20 chapters were understandable to me, 
but this time it's a little hard to understand. 
I uploaded 7 chapters in this format, 
but all 7 chapters were rejected. 
Still, if about 3 copies were allowed and about 4 were rejected, 
I would understand that it was rejected as a similar work.

Why won't even one go up?

What are technical issues?

Did they explain why they rejected them? Could be even a copyright issue or not signing a release? Maybe marked as a vector when its not a vector?

We really just don't know. You didn't share much.

we found that it contains one or more technical issues,

so we can't accept it into our collection.  

The reason for rejection is simply the above message.
I received a message saying that there may be a copyright problem,

and I also received a message saying that it is too similar to the picture I uploaded.

And I uploaded a lot of pictures of the working method as shown below,

and also displayed a vector in the title.

The reason why the vector is marked is because it was

actually drawn as a 100% vector,

and sometimes uploaded as a vector file.

I want to solve this problem because

I will be drawing a lot of pictures in this style in the future.

Is there any way to contact the management team?

I like your work. But you should NEVER use "vector" in the description if you are NOT uploading a vector file. This causes many customer complaints.  (This is not why it was rejected, but you do not want customer complaints about your work, it can have bad results).  Say vector ONLY if you are uploading a vector file.

There is no way to contact Adobe to get more information. The experienced contributors here are sharing the results they have discovered (often, from their own rejections).

It is true that I drew it as a vector file,

but organizing the vector layers is too complicated, so I only uploaded the image first to convert it and upload it later.

I hope what you described is correct.

I heard it's not good to upload the same picture again,

is it okay to upload it again without the vector name?

Since I was drawing with vector illustration,

I was wondering if it could be used in the title

as the vector is always attached to the automatic keyword

even if I only upload a picture.

But I had the idea that someone might be

disappointed in finding a vector in my drawing.

From now on, I will only use it when uploading with vectors.

Its only a vector when you create this in Illustrator or Illustrator like program and save as EPS with layers. It also must not have any pixel images saved in it either. 

Its not saved as a vector if you open and save in Photoshop or other image editing programs and save as a JPG. You can't produce true vectors in those.

In the end its either an JPG image or a vector graphics.

Adobe will except either one or other. Just read the requirement instructions and be patient. If you don't understand the English, you can easily translate it into your own language via Google. Come on, just try!
