To be honest, both should have been rejected.

As for 1:

Glasses are the same on both sides, and they get fixed on the ears (that's what the hinges are for!). The left eye is sharper than the right eye, both are not correct, however.

The hair does not blend well into the background:

All in all, you have a high noise level, not unpleasant, but it's there.

Now for the asset that got accepted:

The neck has a look, like the head is glued to the body (arrow).

The collar and the neck are not well rendered (cloud).

The eyes are incorrect here too:

Her left eye has no pupil, the right eye's pupil is incorrect.

Here, too, the hair does not blend well into the background:

As a side note: Submitting PNG files with no transparency may cause account troubles in the future. You should switch to high-quality JPEG files.

Hello,

Just a note, if it is AI generated, you should indicate as such - 'Help on rejected AI photo'- for example.

Perhaps, one could argue, that the glasses don't have to be touching the ears, but it does look a bit odd.

Perhaps, this is also a small point, but the people look like mannequins. The skin is too 'plasticky' .

Different moderators viewed them separately perhaps. The man with glasses may have been a problem for the moderator, hence rejected. If you go through them and look carefully, other errors become apparent, and then when you notice them, the errors stick out like a sore thumb! Or like a picture hanging on the wall that is crooked. Once you notice it, it is really disturbing.

I wear glasses, so this is a clear no. 🙂 It's like the six finger hand, cars with oval tires, the three-handed Santa, air -floating tables, lamps hanging down without wires…

#2 should never have been accepted. Hairs are floating around her head that aren't even connected to her scalp. Her ear is just a glob of nothing, really, and there is a good deal of clean up required around the flowers on her hat. And look closely at her irises. They are very poorly rendered. These are errors that probably would go unnoticed looking only at the preview but would justifiably result in the return of a credit if sold and buyer complained.

I ran 2.png through a facial restoration program. Have a look at the improvement to the eyes.
