I am a contributor, member and seller on Adobe. I made a request for the withdrawal of the fee, and have been waiting for the tenth day. In support I can not get help and a clear answer!

Payouts occur on the 10th working day, which means that weekends and holidays are excluded.

What support. Contributor support is for contributor. And they are not interactive and do not answer immediatly. As a rule of thumb, you should wait 20 real days before contacting contributor support about your payement. This would account for weekends and possible hollidays. As long as the staus is still pending, Adobe did not do the transfer. After changing the status to payment done, you should again wait for a day or two to allow the money to arrive to your account.
