Thank you for your answer

I really like these!  Great concept.

I think the rejection was from a combination of lighting and too shallow of a DoF.  In all 3 photos the model has spots that are slightly out of focus or soft in sharpness.  I also think the model is a bit dark, particularly in the face.

Cute poses and nicely composed! As @George_F indicated, the focus on her eyes is not as sharp as it could be. Additionally, the White Balance is a bit too yellow, which is particularly noticeable in her skin tones.

Thanks for the help. I'm going to try to correct the color issue and the lights, the sharpness. I don't know if I can improve the focus.

@Lenin5CC2  I can see that you've used ideal camera settings here. But I still think in this case I would up the iso a bit, which would allow the aperture to be closed down some and give a larger DoF.  I'm not sure how much noise is produced at iso 200 or iso 400 on your camera, so it will take some experimenting to see what is acceptable.  Cheers!

You absolutely need to get the focus on the eyes with portraits. If you want to put the focus on the corn as in the middle picture, get a more narrow framing and get everything else more blurred.

Using a flash or reflector to get more light to the model's face helps a lot. A speedlight would do here, but do not use a pop-up flash.
