I am a brand new Adobe Stock contributor. I uploaded my first image 5 days ago and it is still marked as "under review". I am worried that I have done sometghing wrong. How long is typical for a review to take?
Images are reviewed manually in the order they are received. The wait time varies based on the number of images in the queue. Generally the wait is between 3-5 days however it is running a bit longer this week due to the volume of content we have received.
Thank you for your patience,
Mat Hayward

Hi Mat!
This is not the case for me. I sent in 5-6 illustraions 2 days ago and they got rejected today ( quaility issue) which is ok.
But I have 120 images waiting for review since 2 weeks in different styles, alot of them holiday themed so important to get review.
So I´m a bit worried that reviews on my other 120 are forgotten or why would they prioritize my new send ins over old ones?
Thank you in advance!

Matt rarely visits the forum these days. Everyone is experiencing delays and nothing can be dne to expidite the process. 2 weeks in nothing compared to the 8 weeks or longer that other contributors have been waiting. All you can do is be patient.

Hi Danielle!
Thank you for the fast response.
I understand the review time.
What I asked about was the review prioritization.
How come new images was reviewed before my old ones?

We don't know. Assets used to be reviewed in the order received, but this is no longer the case. I've been having assets reviewed in order, while at times I'll have a single asset reviewed within minutes of submitting. It's a mystery to all of us.

You have replied to a 5 year old post. Reviewing processes have changed dramatically at Adobe in that time because of the advent of Gen AI images. Reviews are running long these days, and the old reliable first--in/first-out rules no longer apply. We don't know how Adobe allocates the queues to Moderators, and they aren't going to reveal such internal processes. All we can do is be patient,

So 7 months is not normal. My first images are still waiting.

Correct, 7 months is not normal. It looks like you created your account in Fotolia after we stopped accepting contributor accounts there. That account was never validated and can only be used for the purpose of customer purchases.
Please create a new account with your Adobe ID directly in the Adobe Stock Contributor portal and resubmit your content: contributor.stock.adobe.com

I came in looking for an answer to the same question. Apparently I created a Fotolia account a couple of years ago and submitted a few images that were never reviewed.
I submitted 20+ images over the weekend and was wondering what would be a realistic time frame on review.
How do I find out if I need to create a new Adobe Stock account?

The old account is still there. How do you delete a contribute account?

Hi,
I just found this thread. I have images that I uploaded 2 months ago that are still in review. Is this normal?

James

No, that’s not normal, even for slow reviews. Please contact Adobe Contributor Support for help (« Contact us » link at the contributor page footer).
