How to activate my account on Adobe Stock?

Hello. My name is Mykola. Please help me understand the issue. Several days ago, my Adobe Stock account was deactivated. Why did this happen? What specifically did I violate? I always tried to follow all the rules. Could this be some kind of mistake? I wrote to the contributor-support@adobe.com, but I never received a response. What should I do? How can I reactivate my account?

Adobe may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate a Stock Contributor account for any of the following:
1) Suspicious sales or refund activity,
2) They received an official infringement complaint or "take down" notice from a 3rd party,
3) Suspected violation of Stock Contributor User Terms,

If you don't hear anything within 15 business days (check your spam folder for reply), send a follow-up inquiry. Do not spam the system with tickets.  Be patient.  Meanwhile work on other projects.  You may

Using the e-mail address is the less preferred method, because e-mails are not guaranteed to reach the destination.

It seems to be a regular part of Adobe's process now to temporarily deactivate the account following the first withdrawal request to analyze the account, looking for any fraudulent sales and/or violations of the guidelines. If you are convinced that you did nothing wrong, and are well aware of all the guidelines and T&C's, you should be okay. Unfortunately, there's no way of predicting how long it will take for you to get the verdict.

Thank you for writing. It appears that multiple accounts were created under your name, and this is not currently allowed on our site. As a result, your account has been temporarily blocked and it will remain closed until the investigation is completed.

what does it mean? shoud i have different name?i only have 1 account why shoud i create 2 account they block my account for maybe i have 2?

Without seeing the specific message you're referring to, it seems that they have evidence that you have opened two different accounts. Multiple accounts with the same asset types are not allowed. If this is what you have done, you will be asked to close one of the accounts.

If you haven't already done so, use the "contact us" link on your account page to advise Adobe that you don't have 2 accounts. I suppose if you have a common name, they can conclude that another person's account is also yours...
