Hi,

I have over 200 image that have been approved and have sold 2 images.  But when I log in as a buyer and search for them I can not find any of my images.  Is there something I have done?   Why can't I find them?  Is there a wway to talk to a person about this problem?  I can't find a support phone number.

The file number is 198114728

We ran a test with this file and found it with the word Erbium when we resubmitted. I don't know exactly why it's not working with the current file you have uploaded but it should work OK if you resubmit it. Please delete the current file and resend it. Shoot me an email with the new image ID number and I'll put it online right away.

My email is:[Moderator deleted private information. Please do not post private information like e-mails and phone numbers]

Thanks for your patience,

Mat

The Happy Dussehra one? It's there.

That answer does not make much sense. If you see the picture, post a link to it.

I have the exact same problem. When I click on the file id sometimes it shows sometimes it doesn't. Also when I search for a keyword for example "oil burner" my picture doesn't show up but I can see it on my page. Why do they take the pictures and don't show them? I don't get the point. Did they fix that problem for you?

“oil burner” returns over 10,000 results. Did you check all the 100 pages?

Furthermore, depending on your location, some files may be hidden from the customer's view because Adobe needs to invest in separate vetting and so images stay hidden before that vetting took place.

I'm having the same problem. The images of the file number 522771984 do not appear at the end of my search. What should I do for this?

If you do not find your pictures, you need to change your search criteria. Adobe stock does not use tge image title as a criteria, so it will only search via keywords and eventually similarity search.

You need to keep in mind that some themes are quite overrunn, so that it is very problematic finding your pictures specifically. If you have made 2 sales, that means that the buyer poked around with your set of keywords to find your specific image. Unfortuneatly, there is no tool for optimizing for user searches, and it is more a guessing game when you decide on the correct keywords.

You will find your pictures always when searching by the number that git allocated to your picture. But that is just to confirm, that the picture is accessible and not how good the picture performs against other ones.

There is no phone number to call on this topic, the only source of help may be this forum.

And btw: if I knew the magic keyword to boost my pictures at the top of the search, I would use that... I can’t find my pictures neither, but I make sales, so I suppose other people combine keywords differently.

I have an image of the atom Erbium that is entitled Erbium.  So I searched for erbium.  I came up with around 150 images as a result. Mine is not among them.  So I check what keyword others are using.  And to my surprise a lot of the words are the same.  And one of my keywords is erbium.  If the search can't find that there is a problem.  So my question still stands.  Why can't I find them?  Is there a way to talk to a person about this problem?
