Hi, I just uploaded my first batch of photos to Adobe Stock and got an email saying "Unfortunately, this image doesn't meet our quality standards so we can’t accept it into our collection." for all of the images. Does anyone see anything specifically wrong with the images that I can fix and re-submit or should I just submit new images?

Puppy Husky2.jpg - not much in focus, and white balance is a bit off

Husky7.jpg - the eyes are not in focus and the uneven lighting has resulted in too many underexposed areas

Puppy Husky1.jpg - same as the first image, in fact it looks one was cropped from the other, which is not recommended by Adobe Stock

Iris.jpg - a cute image, but you've missed the focus on her eyes

Read your Stock Contributor User Guide. Stock is a business, not a social media photo sharing site.  Whatever you submit to Stock must be ready for commercial use -- posters, banners, billboard & magazine ads, TV commercials, t-shirts, tote bags, calendars, etc...

https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/user-guide.html

Before you submit to Stock, choose 10-15 of your very best images -- best focus, composition, lighting and visual appeal.

Examine them closely in Photoshop or Lightroom at 100-300% magnification.

Note all imperfections and correct them if possible. Discard the ones you can't correct.

Compare your corrected images with current Stock inventory.

  • Does Stock have 20 million of these already?
  • Is yours better than what Stock has?
  • What's special about yours?
  • Would you buy it?
  • What would you use it for commercially?

That should help reduce your rejection rate and provide some insight into what Stock accepts.

Best of luck with your next submission.
