As a contributor, I can only upload AI, vector, and PNG files from the Adobe Stock dashboard. But when I visit the marketplace, I see Photoshop files, InDesign files, and others — yet these can’t be uploaded from our dashboard.
Also, when I upload something like a flower design, I can’t use images in it. Overall, I want to sell Photoshop and InDesign files as well. So, could you please explain how I can upload those types of files? A roadmap would really help me. Thank you.

If you're speaking about templates, one needs to be invited by Adobe to submit such assets. How to get invited is unknown.

Only trusted Adobe Stock partners and design agencies can submit Templates. Stock doesn't accept them from individual contributors at this time.
You're welcome to create artwork and submit it as .jpeg, .png, .ai, .eps or .svg files.
See your Stock Contributor User Guide for more details.

There is a very extensive roadmap, basically everything you need to know about Adobe Stock, in the help pages
https://helpx.adobe.com/support/stock-contributor.html
Photoshop files must be flattened and exported to jpg before uploading.
