There is no "right way" to sell the entire contents of an Adobe Stock account. You are using the services of Adobe Stock to promote your assets to their worldwide Buyers. Only Adobe can facilitate sale of the images from their website. If you want to peddle your collection of assets somewhere else, you are free to do so because Adobe does not claim exclusive rights to them. But, you'll have to find those buyers yourself, not using Adobe-provided services such as this forum.

I suppose you don't mean $. To evaluate an asset, there may be different methods, but one method that is used probably in your case is taking your annual sales and multiplying that by something like 3 for three years or 5 for 5 years.

Seriously, a collection is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it.  Most buyers will insist on an official valuation by a reputable financial auditor. Talk to your lawyer.

Your questions fall way beyond the scope of being an Adobe Stock Contributor.  This community cannot advise you. Talk to your lawyer.

This is a legal matter.  Contact your lawyer and find out if you can legally transfer ownership of your entire collection to another person. 

1. As for Adobe Stock, no.  Your collection will have to be cancelled and taken down.

2. Contributors cannot sell work under another person's name. 

3. Whoever purchases copyright to your collection will have to start over from scratch, create their own account with their own name, tax information, and bank account.

Hopefully, that make sense.
