Icons on Uploaded files

I wonder what are the icons on uploaded file means. so the 1st one is for keywords but I didn't understand the purpose of 2nd icon.

The first are the number of keywords, the second is the number of releases attached.

The red point means that the asset can't yet be submitted. This changes to green, when the minimum of data needed is available. That does mean that all is complete or the entries meet the minimal submission conditions.

When I'm preparing my uploaded assets for submission, I add titles and keywords, but leave one of the checkboxes unchecked until I'm certain that I'm ready to submit. That ensures that the red dot remains red until I take the last step by ticking the checkbox which will turn the dot to green.
