You should review your Photoshop skills.
Upper circles are compression artefacts, lower circles are Photoshop errors.
Additional editing errors in above screenshot.
Again editing errors. There is also a white seam on the right side of the shorts that may be a sharpening artefact or an editing error.
The small black shadow (arrow) looks suspiciously like an editing error. A full quality image would confirm that.
You did cut off parts of the ears and the neck, especially at the left side.

I think some of the whites are overexposed, perhaps blownout. Take a look at the histogram.

As you see, I've seen more than one issue in this picture. And I did not check exposure, contrast and other possible errors. In addition, you have many JPEG compression artefacts here. If this is the original submitted, you applied too much compression. If this is not the original submitted, please post next time what you have submitted, so that we do not chase defects that are not in your file.
I also have issues with the legs, who do not seem to belong to the man shown.
I think that this was an easy rejection for the moderator.

Hello,
It appears this photo was taken with a smartphone- hence the JPEG compression artefacts. So, it can be difficult to get it accepted based on the quality aspect. (Apart from the other issues that are present.)
