Image Format Issues

Midjourney provide png images. Can I upload All images in Png Format Or I need to convert them in JPG. Support Please Help me I am little bit confuse.

There is no confusion about this. PNG files need to have a transparent background. As long as the assets do not contain a transparent background, you should upload JPEG files (best quality). Adobe is currently mostly accepting PNG files, but as it is against the instructions, it may well be, that at some later stage, they will either deleted those assets from the database od will close the accounts in violations of the instructions.

You seem to be suggesting that you would like to forego the editing process altogether and upload png images without checking for quality issues and re-saving as jpgs. Not a good idea.
