If there is a logo or text in the photo, your application will be rejected.
Either remove it in Photoshop and then submit, or take a photo so that it does not appear in the photo.

People must sign a model release form to use the image commercially. Underage models need permission from their parents/guardians. Child protection laws are very strict about that.
2) Be more selective about what you submit to Stock.

If you zoom in the photos you can see it's not quite visiable & I think you should try to upscale

No, you should avoid upscaling. This is real photgraphy, not generative AI.

The logos also need to get edited out.

There is an outline around the child's head, probably because of a lot of sharpening.
In addition you see chromatic aberration. Needless to say that I have magnified a lot here, so that it is good visible, but you see the defects at 100% without any issue. I also think that all of your assets are too noisy, so even that you did noise reduction and sharpening, it has not been done correctly.
Here too, the logos need to go away.
I will stop here, as I guess all assets are the same.

It's a legit question, because there is a refusal for that. But generally speaking, most of those assets are getting accepted and never sell.
You should also consider @Nancy OShea's contribution here, concerning model releases (1) or database spamming (2).
As you submitted this with all those logos still in the picture, you seem to be a stock-beginner (not even an Adobe stock beginner, as the rules are the same for all microstock sites). So getting advice from experienced stock contributors may be helpful to you. (Just saying)
