Everytime I refresh the "In review" tab of my contributor account I am "welcomed" with this blue popup message:
"Thank you for your submission, your files will be reviewed as soon as possible, moderation may take up to 8 weeks."
I have four images uploaded more than 8 weeks ago, still in the "In review" tab.
In the meantime, more recent images/videos have been processed (with consequential approvals or rejections) but these four were "forgotten" there. All of them are transparent PNGs, with alpha channel. Maybe this kind of content is requiring more time for the approval team for being reviewed?
Should I use the "Contact us" form?

This is happening to dozens of contributors. Contacting Adobe will not be helpful. Some contributors have been waiting up to 3 months and longer before their assets are reviewed. For now, be happy with some of your more recent assets being reviewed, as some contributors are not even quite that lucky. Hopefully, this issue won't go on for much longer. Although, there are a number of national and international holidays on the horizon that will include a couple of three-day and four-day work weeks, so reviews and the sale of assets will probably slow down over the next few weeks.

Don't bother with the "Contact Us" link; the only reply you will receive is a canned response. Many Contributors are reporting delays of 2-3 months or even longer. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do to hasten the process. All will get reviewed eventually. I have a dozen images waiting for >5 months, while many other more recent images have been reviewed.

Thanks for your replies, daniellei4510 and Jill_C,
I suppose this could also be related with the type of image/content, because yesterday I have submitted 5 more images, 4 of them were transparent PNGs, one was a standard PNG without alpha channel, that got reviewed and approved in only 1 day...

This may be true (or not), given that moderators are probably trained to review different file types and there may be fewer assets in those respective queues.
