Dear Adobe Stock Customer Support,

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Dinesh Madhushanka, and I am writing to inquire about the status of my recent submission for AI-generated images under review.

I submitted these images approximately two months ago, and I understand that the review process may take some time. However, I wanted to check in and seek assistance in understanding the status of my submission. Is there any additional information or documentation needed from my end to expedite the process?

I appreciate your time and assistance in this matter. Please let me know if there are any updates or if there's anything I can do to facilitate the review.

Thank you for your attention to this concern. I look forward to your prompt response.

Best regards,

Dinesh Madhushanka

There is no way to accelerate the process. The waiting time for generative AI is around two months after submission. The time shown is not the submission, but the upload time. That is a display bug. If information is missing, that can be added the asset will go to the review tab. So, as long as the asset is where it is, there is nothing to do.

This is a peer to peer forum that Adobe employees mostly do not monitor.  We are fellow contributors here for the most part.

2-3 months is the normal range for review right now so if you are at two months there isn't any reason to be concerned currently.  Have patience, all assets are reviewed in the order they are received 🙂.

You are not addressing Adobe directly here in this forum. No one can advise precisely when your assets will get moderated, though AI assets seem to take 2 months or longer, with other asset types getting reviewed faster than that.

Just to spread some words of hope; I got my uploads reviewed within 27 days. Got the notification email 3 days ago. 😏

Great. That were 20 assets. I really think that the number of concurrent uploads is also influencing the moderation time.

True, low numbers might be a plausible reason. Now it would be interesting, how many did Dinesh upload.

I would have expected way more. Mathematically it makes sense, but basically I'd expected 2 months for 200 or more. Anyway, good luck! 😉

Maybe there is a hard cut, like less than 21 is a small number, from 21 on it's a high number of submissions. There is also the difference between upload and submission. The indication says submission, but in reality it's the upload time.

When I upload, wait a month and then submit, the indicator shows a one-month submission wait, even if in reality it's one minute only.

There is also a difference between photos and illustrations.
