Is anyone can assess my photo? Does it over exposed?

Hi everyone,

As a new contributor to the Adobe, I have a photo which is declined. Am I overposed my photo or the flu areas is too much for stock photography?

Overexposed, depth of field too shallow, main subject out of focus and grainy. Ambiguous subject matter.

Look at the histogram, which will confirm without a doubt that it is very overexposed. The depth of field is also too shallow, causing almost nothing to be in focus.
