This wouldn't count as spamming. However, most images I've been containing multiple assets are in PNG format with transparent backgrounds.
The answer you received on your other post is correct. You also should not include the border in the frame.

You can always tag a user in a post, if you want that specific user to react to your post. But they can do that also on the original post. Use a @ and add the user's name. If the user has answered the thread, you can even select the user's name from the suggestions, else you will probably need to add the full name. Even if it also works otherwise, I suggest you use correct capitalization. And sometimes, if there are a lot of similar users, the user you want to get does not get suggested. I suppose that is a bug in the forum software. So @Muhammad Mune27050185f346 will get you tagged:

No, that's not spamming, in the contrary, it makes a rather simple asset (the screen) much more interesting to a potential buyer. But if you would consider @daniellei4510's suggestion, that would make your asset even more useful.

I just want to know if the similar images rule/guideline applies on a set of images collage together in a single image? thanks

First of all, as far as I know, it is not stated that there is a limit of three similar items. You are not to submit "similar" items.
Now, for your image, it is not advisable to submit several images in one asset. You hurt your chances to be found and to sell. Here you only have one asset, one title and one set of keywords.

I may disagree here. As this is a simple asset, including several views into one will make this asset more interesting to the buyer. The black and the white screens could be put in separate files, however. And to be sure, as a buyer, I would expect this to be a PNG file or a vector file.

Why did I see this exactly same question with the same screenshot from a different user before? If you are using different IDs, do not ask the same question multiple times, even with different IDs. We may consider this a kind of forum spamming, and we may get one or all of your IDs banned from posting here. (This is a warning and I have normally a good memory of the assets and posts I see here!)
If you are a different user, I could consider this as a preparation for spamming links here. That would get you banned too.
