I'm not really familiar with will and won't pass inspection when it comes to videos, but on playback, my brain caught a few glitches. For example, when I freeze-frame, the boys race loses resolution.

While it probably doesn't apply as much as it used to when it comes to AI, "garbage in, garbage out" might still be the case here, but try it and see. I'm not familiar with video AI upscalers.

That's OK for video. Take a video of something moving and check the single frame. It won't be great as a photo.
