The quality won't meet Adobe's standards. Is it from a smartphone?

It's sideways, the foreground trees are blurry and it's not well composed.

Maybe if I turn my head sideways & squint...

Before submitting assets to Stock, compare your work to other inventory.  Stock already contains 30 million sunrises and sunsets. 😦

Find a special subject that nobody else has thought of yet.  Take several pictures with different camera settings and angles.  Choose your best one to submit.

Besides the wrong orientation, there is no real detail in the picture when looked at it at 100%.

Smartphone picture are much more difficult to get to the stock quality level, because of the limitations of the small sensors that leave little room for corrective actions. The missing detail is a typical smartphone issue, high noise level and noise compensation is the culprit. Under ideal light conditions, you may get acceptable pictures.

Phone cameras won't give you near the quality you need for Stock photography.  If you're serious about photography, start saving for an entry-level digital camera that has a 20 megapixel sensor.

A decent new or used camera + lenses + accessories will range from USD $500 to $2,000.  NOTE: A higher price doesn't always mean superior equipment.  Read reviews, talk to experts.

As an example, Panasonic Lumix G95 Hybrid Mirrorless Camera with 12-60mm Lens with Accessory Kit for $697.  Budget for an additional lens, memory card & cleaning kit.  Eventually, you'll want to get a tripod, too.

Hope that helps.

The problem is, that you check the assets on your small screen. It's, however, not embarassing, those are the physical limits of the material you use. It is possible to submit phone pictures and to get them accepted, but they will be checked like pictures from very expensive camera get checked. The moderator is "camera blind".

Phone pictures need correct light and you should not use any filters like portarit mode, digital zoom etc. Best would be to take raw pictures, if your phone accepts that and to develop carefully manually, instead using the automation to create the final result.
