I know the MAX file size for image is 45MB. What I can't find is the Minimum File Size for images. I looked on the site but can't find anything. I appreciate the help.
You should find it in the content requirements section of the User Guidelines
There is no minimum file size. Just minimum resolution, as @steveeyes and @daniellei4510 have posted. Just make sure that your w x h pixels > 4MP.

I believe it's 4MP. If you submit a file that is too large or too small, it won't upload in any case.

4mp is for resolution (Megapixels). The size is done in MB (Megabytes). I actually had one one upload that was too small in size. I'm still trying to figure that one out. Probably just a one time glitch. Thanks for your help.

You're missing the forest for the trees. Filesize is not important. What matters most is that your assets are the highest visual and technical quality, and suitable for commercial-use.

Hi @steveeyes ,
I believe the minimum 4MP resolution will reach the minimum file size, hence no need to specify. Or, it may be that there is no modern camera that will create a picture smaller than the minimum file size required. The requirement available is as specify by you. If the file is too small it will not upload.
Best wishes
