model release for daz 3d characters

hello evereyone,Can someone guide me that if it is necessary to submit model release for daz 3d character images.I had submitted 2 images made using daz 3d characters but both of them are on hold for model release submission.How can i submit model release for an image made using daz 3d characters.

If the 3D image (you submitted rendered images?) is modelled after a living person., you will need to submit a model release of that person.

If you modelled the 3D image after a fictional person, you will need to submit a property release stating that the person is fictional and that you are the property owner and the artist (“photographer”).

 

If someone else has created the model after a fictional person, that person has to sign the property release as property owner. If the person depicted is

This is true, even if the model is from a free source.
