Hi Guys
Some Pictures of myself are rejected. Do I need also a model release if I am the photographer and model in same time?
and if yes, how should I do that?

Hi Chana,
Yes you do. You can do it electronically. Fill in your information - your name, e-mail address and anything else it ask for. An e-mail will come to you for you to complete and sign. Continue to fill out your information. In other words, you will fill out the information as a model, and as the artist - just your info.
To create digital release
In the dialogue box for your meta data, click on "yes' to the question.
Click on "Create New Release".
Then click "Digital Release"

@jacquelingphoto2017 is correct. However, there are other individuals in this image that could conceivably be recognized and require releases, so I suspect this image might be rejected on those grounds.

You will need a model release from everyone recognizable in your picture.
As for the model release where you are model and photographer, you fill simply out both parts (model and photographer). No need for a witness.
What was the rejection reason for this asset? Quality issues?

There are several model releases needed for this photo and the photo was not taken by you. Or am I mistaken?
