I have been an illustrator and Adobe Stock author for over 10 years. A few weeks ago, for some reason, my account was deactivated. I have never violated any rules, and the support service does not answer me. How can I restore my work? Thank you

Hello. Lately, my reviews have been slow, so I come to the forum often.

I haven't tried it, but I read all the related articles out of caution because it could happen to me too.
There are also good results, so I hope you have hope. Generally, they tell you to first send an email to the linked location two or three times. They say that if you send it too often, it may be treated as spam and produce bad results.
This seems to be the only answer the community can give at the moment.
As I read through the questions about account deactivation, my strong impression is that it is very likely that this issue is not the contributor's fault.
Some people had their accounts deactivated even though they hadn't uploaded a picture in several months, and their accounts were deactivated even though they had been working hard for about 10 years.
One hint is that someone's article said that sales have increased irregularly recently. I would like to ask others whether sales have increased recently compared to before.
A sudden increase in sales may be a good thing for contributors as they wonder if the value of their paintings is finally being recognized, but it may make administrators question whether the increase in sales is artificial.
From my experience, paintings are sold not because of their quality, but because they have already sold a lot and are at the top of the exposure, and paintings that have been downloaded through a link to that painting are sold.
And, the sales volume of paintings that can be placed at the top of exposure is very cheap. Therefore, people who are not familiar with the algorithmic characteristics of SNS will not be able to withstand the temptation of using bad methods to increase sales through acquaintances.
And for those who post AI pictures as a corporate type, many people will illegally increase sales in order to put their pictures at the top.
Adobe will probably look at this issue seriously and manage it, but although it will find what ordinary individuals do, it will be very difficult to find what corporate organizations do.
They have personal information from numerous countries, and if they increase the number of art sales based on that personal information, it is actually very difficult to detect them.
My guess here is that people aren't just buying pictures from their own site. If that happens, it will be too visible, so I will buy other people's paintings as well and pretend that I bought them because I needed a lot of paintings.
So, even if you haven't done anything wrong, your account may be deactivated by someone else.

In this case, we should only investigate contributors who have recently created an account and have suddenly increased sales, and contributors who have been operating stably for several years should be classified as simple victims. However, if they are collectively categorized as perpetrators, this will likely happen more often.
In general SNS, people buy old, normal accounts for money and do things like this. I don't know if Adobe accounts are also bought and sold, and it seems highly likely that corporate contributors have been managing numerous legitimate accounts using illegal personal information held for several years in advance.
Anyway, I am also confused and concerned about the negative news that is occurring simultaneously these days. I hope you have good results.
The above writings are things I have felt and experienced while using numerous commercial social media channels, but I don't know anything about Adobe, so they are just perfect personal guesses. Don't read it seriously.

1. Yes, you are. 🙄

2. That's clearly evident from your remarks.

3. Don't worry, we won't.

Often, accounts are reviewed when you try to withdraw funds. Was this the case?

Regardless, you need to make contact with Adobe using the contact link provided. Then wait.

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.
