You are not addressing Adobe directly here in this forum. We are a community of fellow Contributors. You must reply to the contact us link on your Dashboard page and wait for Adobe to respond regarding your account issues. There is nothing that the community members can do to help you to get your account reinstated. Meanwhile, do not badger Adobe with repeated emails on the subject. It could take days to resolve the problem, or it could take weeks.

Mine has been closed for 3 months because of a spike in sales and subsequent withdrawal request. They don't care. They don't even respond.

They dont have to. Read the terms that you agreed to. A spike in sales is a reason to review.

Adobe may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate a Stock Contributor account for any of the following:
1) Suspicious sales or refund activity,
2) They received an official infringement complaint or "take down" notice from a 3rd party,
3) Suspected violation of Stock Contributor User Terms,
4) A technical problem that only Stock Support can fix.
If you don't hear anything within 15 business days (check your spam folder for reply), send a follow-up inquiry. In the meantime, work on other things.
Nobody here can help you with an account problem.
