Payoneer is separate from Adobe Stock.
Adobe Stock sends funds directly to Payoneer, not your email address.
Log-in to your Contributor Portal with your Adobe ID & password.

when I did what he said, the money went to my payoner account where my previous email was registered. i couldn't change my email from here. i wanted to enter my changed email. i knew about the 25 dollars over. i sent an email to the contact us section on the page and asked them to update my payoner email and cancel my previous transaction.

The Payoneer account is linked to an e-mail address, and that address is storred with your stock account (apparently this works different from using PayPal, where you enter your PayPal address each time you ask for payement).
Check this solution: https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock-contributors-discussions/linking-payoneer-account/m-p/13994926#.... You will still need to contact Adobe contributor support to cancel your payout request.

I had an account in the Payoneer payment system, but now I have changed my account to a new one in the Payoneer system and cannot change the address when withdrawing money

my payment request was withdrawn from my old email. now I am trying incredibly hard to add my new paypal email to adobe stock contributor. shutterstock and getty are so simple, you just write your email and that's it.

OK, so you have no payment pending and the "only" issue is that you can't change the Payoneer account address. As stated multiple times (here and here and here) you need to contact contributor support and wait for their answer.
(BTW: is it Payoneer or PayPal?)
