My account is blocked. Even before the blocking, I submitted a request to withdraw funds. Three weeks have passed and the money has not been transferred and I have no access to my wallet. Administrators do not respond to emails.

Account review apparently happens in some cases at the time that a funds withdrawal is requested. If, after investigation, your account is restored without Adobe having found any violations of the Contributor Agreement, funds will eventually be released. Use the "contact us" link on your dashboard page to contact Adobe regarding your suspended account. They will reply eventually, but it could take days, or it could take weeks. Meanwhile, do not spam them with multiple, repeated emails as that just serves to further clog their contributor support system.

Thanks for the answer. And if the account is not restored, then I won’t see the money?

From what I understand if you get permanently banned after investigation rather than just blocked, then they would inform you of that via email but you would likely lose out on the stuff that hasnt been paid out yet.
All you can do at this point is use the supplied form to contact them and wait for their reply telling you what was wrong (usually takes a couple days). At that point if it's something like IP violations or unusual sales then they will just do an investigation and in all likelyhood your account would be back in action within 1 week to a few months depending on how backed up they are and how large of a portfolio you have for them to review. I'm currently waiting about a month + a week already and I was in the same situation as you ($600 pending pay out when I got blocked) but I'm in a discord with a large number of people in the same situation and it is very slowly being resolved for people. Just dont expect Adobe to respond to you again after that one email. They will just ignore you and hopefully one day your account will just be restored without them even giving you the curtesy to tell you that.

Adobe may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate a Stock Contributor account for any of the following:
1) Suspicious sales or refund activity,
2) They received an official infringement complaint or "take down" notice from a 3rd party,
3) Suspected violation of Stock Contributor User Terms,
4) A technical problem that only Stock Support can fix.

If you don't hear anything within 15 business days (check your spam folder for reply), send a follow-up inquiry.
Meanwhile be patient and work on other projects. A full investigation could take several weeks to complete.

Blocked accounts can't withdraw funds. All withdrawal activity gets stopped when an account gets blocked (validation issue). You need for the problem to get solved, before you can withdraw funds.

it is difficult to solve a problem if there is no feedback and any explanation of the reason for the ban

Did you receive a message in your account portal?
Did you check your email spam, trash and social folders?

You need to be patient. Adobe tells you initially what the problem is, then they do their investigation. That takes some time. There is nothing we can do for you to accelerate this.
If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

How do you know that the buyer is Adobe? The sales report is lagging a day. So it may well be that one day you did make sales, then your account gets blocked, then you get the sales report.

A week after I was blocked, I received a letter from Adobe saying that he bought four pictures from me. It was the site that bought it, not the clients.

You mean they licensed those assets for the Free Collection at $5 each?

The most unpleasant thing for me is that I live in Ukraine, 30 km away. from the front line and Adobe is now my only source of income)

I'm sorry for that. My workmates worked and lived in Mariupol. They had the chance to get out in time, respectively, were on holiday when the war started. But even that Ukraine is personal for me, I can't help. Sorry for that.
